How quickly can you ship my order?

We do our best to ship orders within 5 working days of purchase. Please note that in busy periods this may be a little longer.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

The delivery fee is calculated as you add items to your shopping cart. If you enter an incorrect destination when you add the item your order will be delayed while we send you an invoice for the excess shipping.

Can I track my order?

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Second Class and Royal Mail Airmail. Unfortunately, we are unable to track orders at the moment.

Can I pay for faster shipping?

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Second Class and Royal Mail International Standard Mail.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send items by any faster method at the moment.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

It’s rare but occasionally items do get lost. If you have not received your items please email Hattie hello@lodestarsanthology.com. Please note that orders shipped by Airmail cannot be replaced until 28 days after the order was shipped.

If your items have gone missing because you have provided an incorrect delivery address you will be charged for redelivery.

Can I return or exchange my items?

We’re afraid we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Are you reprinting sold out issues?

We’re afraid not. We have reissued an updated version of the England and Japan issues but other back issues that have sold out are no longer available. Visit our online shop to browse available issues.

Can I return or exchange incorrect or damaged items?

If your order is incorrect or damaged we will, of course, send replacement items. Please email Hattie hello@lodestarsanthology.com attaching photographs showing the damage or the incorrect items and the packaging.

I have a subscription and need to change my address. How do I do this?
